The production process of our artisanal canned fish.
Conservas Concepción goes on applying the artisanal methods developed centuries ago to its production process, a process which has been excluding chemical or mechanic interventions on raw material, as well as the use of conservatives or artificial colorings.
The Fish is selected in ports of origin. It is handled manually by more than 100 workers during all the production process. Only Andalusian oils from the best quality are added to the final product.
These requirements level makes it possible for the company CONSERVAS CONCEPCIÓN to belong to the exclusive group of manufacturers gathered under the hallmark of the REGUALTORY COUNCIL OF MACKEREL AND FRIGATE MACKEREL OF ANDALUSIAN for designations of origin.
Conservas Concepción has the Andalusian food CERTIFIED QUALITY hallmark.
This hallmark which was created by Andalusian Board honors the companies which produce food and which follow strict quality controls during the production process.
